Chair Yoga


Perfect for newcomers to ease into yoga gently. Available to all levels and mobility ranges. All abilities, ages, cultures and life histories are welcome and we encourage those recovering from injury to explore this as a means to a more full and complete recovery.




General Class
Yoga on the floor with or without a mat. Dynamic breathwork and the exploration of deeper aspects of Yoga through meditation and lifestyle. Sure to inspire a home practice if you are considering one and with regularity we take on some of the more advanced practices which bring vitality and transformation.
Breathwork to calm the mind and body. Guided relaxation practices which combine with intention setting and deep physical and energetic relaxation. A weekly Yoga Nidra practice that you can join from the comfort of your home raising funds for a person in need.
